Mario Viehweger

Inheritance law, tenancy law, and real estate law require not only sound legal expertise but, above all, practical experience, economic understanding, and a solution-oriented approach that considers the interests of all parties involved. Attorney Mario Viehweger has been advising and representing his clients for many years, primarily in inheritance, real estate, and tenancy law, and possesses extensive practical expertise in these areas.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Viehweger has been a lecturer in inheritance, real estate, and tenancy law for many years. He regularly gives lectures and seminars for the housing industry, municipal housing companies, and cooperatives, as well as for continuing education programs offered by bar associations and tax authorities. He also speaks at private training institutes and tenancy law conferences, and for employees of property management companies and municipal real estate departments. Through his extensive lecturing activities, Mr. Viehweger combines sound academic legal knowledge with a particularly practical approach to explaining complex legal issues.

Furthermore, Mr. Viehweger is a member of the Working Group on Inheritance Law in the German Bar Association (DAV) and a member of the German Forum for Inheritance Law eV.
