Vita
Dr. Trilsch was born in Dresden in 1963. She studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and was admitted to the bar in Dresden on September 1, 1988. In 1994, she received her doctorate from the University of Hamburg.
Since 1992 she has worked exclusively in inheritance law and has held the title of specialist lawyer for inheritance law since 2006.
From 1997 to 2025, Dr. Trilsch was Vice President of the German Forum for Inheritance Law eV.. Furthermore, she is a member of the Working Group on Inheritance Law in [the relevant institution/organization]. German Bar Association and works there as regional representative for Saxony.
Ihre Tätigkeit im Erbrecht wurde mehrfach ausgezeichnet und empfohlen, unter anderem vom FOCUS Magazin in den Jahren 2000, 2003 sowie durchgehend von 2013 bis 2026 und vom CAPITAL Magazin in den Jahren 2020, 2021 sowie von 2023 bis 2026.
